What if I am dissatisfied with my order?
Aspen Designs believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you can return for a full refund. All items must be in the condition they were shipped and apparel cannot have been worn. All returns must be within 2 weeks of ship date. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges.
